European Day of Languages

The school enjoyed celebrating The European Day of Languages this term and as a school everyone concentrated on France and the French language. Children created the French flag, used globes to find France, learnt some basic French language and everyone got to taste some French cuisine ranging from croissants and jam, crepes with orange sauce to baguettes with French cheeses such as Brie and Camembert plus some brioche to finish it off. We are looking forward to celebrating other languages and cultures throughout the school year.
